Weekly Announcements
We need volunteers to help make sandwiches tomorrow at 1pm, 6th and "B"
We will have a Girl’s Night Out on September 22nd at the Clayton House. Please bring a dessert or finger food. It will be a 6:30. There will not be a nursery.
The monthly ward temple trip will be on September 26th. Please contact Tamera Bardin for additional information. We have 3 sisters who will be receiving their endowments that day.
There will be a Stake Relief Society activity on September 26th at 3pm. The focus will be personal preparedness. They will have a dinner, potato bar, for the sisters. It will be followed by the broadcast of the Woman’s Conference from Salt Lake City.
Please check on the round table outside the RS room to see if there are any changes to your VT route. Please make sure that the sisters you visit know about the upcoming events.
October 10th will be our Super Saturday. The items that we will make are displayed in the foyer. It will start at 10am. We will have a potluck soup luncheon. Please sign up for the classes you want to attend. There is a charge for supplies for most of the classes. A nursery will be available.

i have some food items collecting dust in my pantry. i got them free from WIC and we just don't hardly use them. they're free to the first person that claims them. i'd like them gone today, please.

You are invited to help us make sack lunches for the homeless on Monday, 1pm at 6th and "B".
June 30th is our quarterly Enrichment Activity. We are headed back to school early. We will have lunch in the cafeteria and the following classes will complete our schedule:
Seminary, Gym, Home Ec., and Financial Planning
Class starts promptly at 6:30 p.m. and will go until about 8:30 p.m. Baby-sitting is provided.
Our ward is placing a bulk food storage order. If you want to place an order or if you have questions please contact Sister Burns at paperdesk@sbcglobal.net or 474-9613. The orders need to be placed before July 12th.
If you haven't picked up your visiting teaching route, they are available on the round table outside the RS room.
Each Wednesday evening at 6:30 we have our weight loss support group. Everyone who is interested is invited. We have a fun group and learn a lot when we meet. So far our group has lost 35 pounds!
July 10th is the Stake's "Fill the temple day". For more information please contact Tamera Bardin, 452-6279.

What is a Clean Sweep? A large Yard Sale - Clean out your closets, your attics, and storage buildings! Bring items to church, and anything you see is FREE! You can bring the items that you want to give away to the church on Friday, June 26th, evening. For more information please contact Melissa Holder, 478-8610.

Starting May 6th we will be holding a mini weight loss group for those of you who would like to go walking and learn small steps to shed the pounds. We will meet at 7:15 on the first and third Wednesdays at the church.
