At GNO on Tuesday Sister Burnham made a dip that everyone fell in love with. Here is the Recipe:
3 Avocados
3 Roma Tomatoes
1/3 Purple Onion
Hand Full of Chopped Fresh Cilantro
1 Can Rotel (Drained)
1/2 or 1/3 Mayo
Garlic and Salt to Taste
The rest of the evening went well with lots of fun and laughter. We all learned that Laura should no longer pick words/phrases for Pictionary. I hope you all had a great time!! :)
